An Embodied Expression of the Gene Keys Delta 

We warmly invite you into a living exploration of Dance In The Delta · Purity in Presence. Rooted in the Delta structure, this 10-week online journey opens a space to move from Root to Presence through lived experience, embodied exploration and the simple permission to move as you are.

The Journey

Each centre is entered through breath, sensation, contemplation and the body’s own unfolding.

Music weaves through the field as a subtle current, shaping atmosphere and supporting the body’s own rhythm of expression.

We listen first, allowing movement to arise from sensation, presence and the body’s own response to the music.

Experience is invited to emerge, shift and settle in its own way.

What unfolds may be quiet and unexpected, a deepening into the intelligence of the body, a softening into presence, a remembering of how it feels to be moved.

Entering the Journey

The journey unfolds in groups of 7 participants, reflecting the seven positions, seven centres and seven living frequencies of the Delta.

Each participant holds one position within the field as together we journey through the seven Rays, Gene Keys and body centres, opening into the octave of GK20 · Presence.

The Delta programme remains the foundation. Its positions and sequence remain unchanged, with attunements, blessings, mudras and weekly partner contemplations woven throughout the journey.

Through embodied movement, breath, contemplation and music, the weekly journey is given another language.
