Transformation reveals itself through presence.  

Rather than offering answers, I hold a quiet space where awareness, colour, movement and contemplation invite the wisdom already within to emerge.

My work is rooted in presence, lived experience and a lifelong devotion to understanding what it means to be fully human.

 

My Journey

My path has never followed a straight line. It has unfolded through healing, creativity, community, spiritual practice and a deep curiosity about consciousness.  Each experience has become part of the Living Spectrum that quietly shapes the way I hold space today.

 

Early Holistic Foundations

I began my holistic career as Assistant Manager at the Sanctuary Spa, where I discovered that genuine wellbeing begins with presence, kindness and creating environments where people feel safe to simply be.

 

Humaniversity Training

...as a Sannyasin at Osho Humaniversity immersed me in emotional honesty, embodiment, authentic relating and community living. During this time I also became a Peace Ambassador, deepening my commitment to compassion and human connection.

The Hospice Years

Volunteering for two years at MK Cancer Hospice transformed my understanding of life, loss and presence. It was here that I completed my Reiki Master training and discovered the quiet grace of witnessing without needing to fix.

Angelic Initiation

In 2009, I became a licensed ordained Angel Minister, beginning a deeply personal commitment to walking the angelic path. In 2010, while serving as a mentor within the Angel Ministry, I experienced a visitation from Archangel Raziel that profoundly changed the course of my life, opening my intuitive awareness and deepening my connection with the Angelic Realms.

Later, I also became an ordained Interfaith Minister, reflecting my commitment to honouring the many paths through which wisdom, compassion and presence reveal themselves.

The Creative Path

Alongside my therapeutic work, I have worked within the wellbeing community, supported grassroots projects, organised dance and wellbeing festivals, and explored creativity as a doorway into awareness. These experiences continue to shape Art~Awakening and Bio~Soma Flow™.The Gene Keys; 

 

A Homecoming

More than Ten years ago, the Gene Keys found me, and something quietly recognised itself. Over time I became a Gene Keys Guide, Wisdom Keeper and Delta Guide.

 

The Golden Path continues to deepen my understanding of contemplation, authentic relating and the hidden harmonics that weave through everyday life. It is not something I teach as much as something I continue to live.
